FOUNDER PROGRAM
RULES

1. Event and availability

The promotion is offered in person at the AXISRAY booth during gamescom in Cologne, Germany, from August 26 through August 30, 2026, during the booth's published opening hours. A maximum of 1,500 sealed Founder Cards is allocated to the event. Cards are available only while supplies last. No purchase is required.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to take part in their place of residence. Participants must also comply with gamescom venue rules. AXISRAY staff, contractors directly administering the promotion, and anyone using false, automated, duplicate, or manipulated entries may be excluded where permitted by law.

3. How to participate and collect a card

1. Visit the AXISRAY booth and try BASH.
2. Open the Founder Check-in page from the QR displayed at the booth.
3. Complete the existing Shopify Form using an email address you can access later, confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and accept the required program declaration.
4. Follow @axisraylab on Instagram.
5. Show the current Form confirmation screen and visible followed state to booth staff.
6. Receive the next random sealed Founder Card while supplies last.

Limit one Founder Card per participant. Staff visually verifies only the current confirmation screen and Instagram followed state. Staff does not record an Instagram handle, email-to-card mapping, customer ID, card number, or scratch code. Email confirmation is not required for on-site card handoff.

4. Random card allocation and reward distribution

Cards are handed out at random from the remaining sealed event inventory. Each of the 1,500 cards has one reward pre-assigned before distribution: a 10%, 15%, 20%, or 30% early-bird discount on one standard BASH, or one free standard BASH. Free-BASH rewards are very limited. No reward tier is guaranteed.

The composition of the remaining inventory changes as cards are handed out, so the likelihood of receiving a particular reward depends on the cards remaining at the time of handout. A participant cannot choose, exchange, or ask staff to reveal a card's reward before activation.

5. Sealed-card and first-activation rule

No card or reward is assigned to an account during the on-site Check-in. Before online activation, the sealed Founder Card is a bearer item: possession of the physical card and its valid hidden code controls which eligible account can attempt the first activation. An eligible account must have its own qualifying on-site Check-in record. The account holder does not have to be the person who originally collected the card at the booth.

You may leave the scratch panel sealed or reveal it earlier, but do not share, photograph, post, or send the hidden code. Keep the code private until AXISRAY announces that secure online activation is open. The first successful activation permanently links the card, Founder status, and reward to that account. After successful activation they cannot be transferred to another account.

6. Online activation

Online activation is not available during the registration-only release. AXISRAY will announce the activation opening through its official website and/or email. No specific activation date is promised by these Rules. When activation opens, the account holder must sign in using the email address associated with their own eligible on-site Check-in record and submit the valid unused code from the card they hold.

Activation may be rejected if the account does not have the required on-site registration record, the code is invalid or already used, the account already has a Founder Card, the card has already been linked, or fraud or tampering is detected.

7. Reward redemption

Founder rewards become redeemable on the official BASH product launch date announced by AXISRAY and remain valid for 90 calendar days after that date. A percentage reward applies once to the eligible price of one standard BASH and cannot be combined with another discount.

A free-BASH reward includes one standard BASH, every accessory included as standard with that product at official launch, standard shipping, and any sales or value-added tax that AXISRAY is required to charge and collect for the reward. The recipient remains responsible for customs duties, import taxes, customs-clearance or brokerage fees, and similar destination charges assessed directly by a government, carrier, or customs authority.

Rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred after account binding. Product availability, supported shipping destinations, export controls, sanctions, and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. Fulfilment is unavailable where shipment or delivery would be prohibited by applicable sanctions or export-control law. AXISRAY is not required to make a prohibited shipment; any lawful alternative that AXISRAY can offer will be communicated to the affected participant.

8. Lost, damaged, exposed, or counterfeit cards

Protect the card and scratch panel. Subject to mandatory law, AXISRAY does not replace a lost card or an exposed, shared, photographed, copied, or previously used code. A visibly damaged card can be reported to booth staff before leaving the handoff area; replacement, if any, is subject to inventory and verification. Counterfeit, altered, duplicated, or manipulated cards and codes are invalid.

9. Email and privacy

The Check-in uses the email address supplied by the participant to create or update the Shopify customer record, preserve the on-site registration, and support future Founder activation and essential program notices. Submitting the Check-in starts an email subscription request; Shopify's confirmation process completes the marketing subscription. Email confirmation is not required for on-site card handoff. Participants can unsubscribe from marketing at any time without losing a valid card or Founder reward. Personal information is handled under the AxisrayLab Privacy Policy.

10. Instagram statement

By participating, each participant completely releases Instagram from responsibility relating to this promotion to the extent permitted by law. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Instagram is not responsible for the operation, eligibility decisions, cards, rewards, activation, or fulfilment of this promotion.

11. Fair operation and changes

AXISRAY may pause, suspend, or modify the promotion where reasonably necessary because of safety, security, fraud, technical failure, inventory discrepancy, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any change will be applied fairly, will not remove mandatory rights, and will be communicated through an appropriate official channel. AXISRAY is not responsible for events outside its reasonable control, but nothing in these Rules excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Administration of these Rules

AXISRAY may make reasonable administrative determinations necessary to apply these Rules. Any determination will be made consistently, in good faith, on an objectively reasonable basis, and subject to applicable law. No interpretation or later change will retroactively reduce a reward already confirmed to a participant, and nothing in these Rules limits mandatory consumer rights.

13. Governing law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without prejudice to mandatory consumer, promotion, and data-protection rights that apply in the participant's place of residence or at the event location.
