Before activation, the physical card and its valid unused code are a bearer credential. Activation requires an account with its own eligible on-site Check-in record and the email address associated with that record; the account holder does not have to be the person who originally collected the card. The first successful activation permanently links the card, Founder status and reward to that account.

Each sealed card has a pre-assigned reward, including a chance to receive one free standard BASH or an early-bird discount of 10%–30% on one standard BASH. Free-BASH rewards are very limited, and no tier is guaranteed.

STANDARD BASH

Rewards become redeemable on the official BASH launch date and remain valid for 90 calendar days. Percentage rewards apply once to one standard BASH and cannot be combined with another discount. A free standard BASH includes standard shipping and applicable sales tax/VAT. Customs duties or import charges may remain the recipient's responsibility, and destination restrictions apply. Founder Questions
Does subscribing make me a Founder?
No. Submitting the on-site Check-in starts an email subscription request, and confirming the email completes the subscription. Subscription alone does not grant Founder status. Founder status begins only when an account with its own eligible on-site Check-in record uses the email address associated with that record and completes the first successful activation of a valid unused Founder Card.
How many Gamescom Founder Cards exist?
A maximum of 1,500 numbered cards is allocated to the Gamescom Founder Program and available only while supplies last.
Can I transfer my card or reward?
Before activation, possession of a valid unused card controls which eligible account can attempt its first activation. The account must have its own eligible on-site Check-in record and use the email address associated with that record; the account holder does not have to be the person who originally collected the card. After the first successful activation, the card, Founder status and reward are permanently linked to that account and cannot be transferred.
What happens if my card is lost?
Lost cards, exposed codes and used cards are not replaced, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. After successful activation, account ownership remains recorded, but the physical card is not replaced.
When can I activate my Founder Card?
Online activation is not available during this registration-only release. AXISRAY will announce when secure activation opens. You may leave the scratch panel sealed or reveal it earlier, but keep the code private. No activation date is promised yet.
When can I use the launch reward?
Rewards become redeemable on the official BASH launch date and remain valid for 90 calendar days. Percentage rewards apply once to one standard BASH and cannot be combined with another discount.
